The Town of Mount Pleasant Cultural, Arts, and Pride Commission invited artists to submit applications for their art to be painted on 4-foot fiberglass oyster shells that are installed throughout town in spaces such as Memorial Waterfront Park and other parks/sites throughout Mount Pleasant.
